                     Colour: deep ruby red with typical
                     violet hues.
                     
                     Nose: amazing, complex, wide with scent
                     of red-berries, vanilla, coffee beans and cacao.
                     Interesting ripe barbera grape aroma.
                     
                     Palate: multifaceted, dry, velvety,
                     harmonic, full bodied and very well-balanced
                     with a special great spiced finish. Smoothly
                     with delightful taste of ripe grapes and small
                     red fruits. Gaiana is very rich in mineral salts
                     and the flavours is supported by this particular
                     richness.
                     
                     Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
                     
                     Cellaring: 8-10 years.
